HYDRAFACIAL \\ LAS VEGAS ESTIPALOOZA

 

OBJECTIVE

HydraFacialists came together in Las Vegas from across the nation for a four-component event engaging in education, wellness, inspiration and celebration. Estipalooza was a two-day full sensory experience to honor and recognize HydraFacial's #1 consumer - their esthetician.

APPROACH

Upon entry, guests were led into the presentation space where education and social media workshops kicked off the two day event. In between panel discussions hosted by speakers who have devoted their time and energy into beauty and scalp health as well as business and social marketing, attendees were invited to experience the Love it Lounge which consisted of 6 custom booths, each showcasing its own product, photo moment, and treatment stations.

The journey continued on day two with outdoor yoga sessions on the terrace where guests could fill their "gunkie" cups at the juice bar. Back in the presentation space, keynote speaker Alli Webb, Co-Founder of Drybar, gave a speech on the main stage that was live streamed to virtual attendees. To close out the weekend, guests attended a party with a custom experience booth filled with mirrors and LEDs, DJ, cocktails and dinner.

RESULTS

Attendees logged on to a virtual queue to gain access to HydraFacial's inaugural event, Estipalooza - where 150 in person estheticians were wowed from beginning to end with visually stimulating aesthetic activities, experiences, and swag.

Estipalooza gave HydraFacialists the opportunity to form a deep connection to the brand, heighten their capabilities, as well as engage with and learn about new products through innovative education.
